The Next Chapter

For laundry and dry-cleaning businesses

Laundry marketing in Dubai, built around how a laundry actually makes money.

Six years of learning how laundries work, who their customers are and how each area orders. We build a laundry’s whole presence from scratch, from the brand and website to Google, social media and ads, and we follow every enquiry through to the order.

Why your laundry?

Every customer has a laundry downstairs.

People want their laundry done fast and without hassle, and most of them can walk to a laundry from their building. So every campaign has to answer one question: why yours?
Most laundries we meet aren’t short of visitors. They lose money somewhere between the visitor and the second order, usually in one of these six places.

01

A WhatsApp tap costs the same whether it becomes a weekly fifteen-piece account or a single shirt. Until Google and Meta know which enquiries became orders, they keep buying the cheapest ones.

02

Most accounts target “Dubai”. The van covers four or five communities. Everything outside that is a rejected job or a delivery that costs more than the order

03

A weekly regular, a big-basket villa, a curtain and carpet job and a building contract arrive by different routes. Most accounts run one campaign for all of them.

04

Price, service area and turnaround aren’t answered before the customer is asked to get in touch.

05

In this business, the laundry that replies first very often gets the order, whatever the price difference.

06

The second order is the cheapest revenue a laundry will ever earn, and almost nobody markets for it.

Every stage is a place to lose the customer

We work on the whole chain, not just the first click. That is usually where the cheapest growth is hiding: not in more leads, but in the stages after the lead arrives.

Who is worth winning

Four customers, not one.

“More customers” isn’t a strategy. These four move a laundry’s monthly numbers, and each one is found a different way.

The big-basket household

Large families and villas with high weekly volume. Found through search and communities, with messaging around collection and volume.

02

The weekly regular

Lower value per order, but predictable and repeatable. Won through speed, reliable service and consistent follow-up.

03

The home-care big ticket

Curtains, carpets, sofas and mattresses. Seasonal, high margin, and found through searches separate from everyday laundry.

04

The building or villa contract

One signed agreement worth months of retail orders. The campaign starts the conversation and creates a path to the contract.

Service areas

"All of Dubai" is not a service area.

Marina, JBR, JVC, Dubai Harbour, Palm Jumeirah, Silicon Oasis and Discovery Gardens are separate markets, each with its own competition, click costs and customers. We build coverage around what your vans can deliver profitably, community by community.

Several branches? Two branches bidding on the same keyword in the same community compete with each other and pay more for it. We map each branch to the areas it can serve before a single ad is written.

What we run for laundries

Digital marketing for laundry businesses in the UAE

Each channel has one job, and every one is judged on orders, not clicks.

Digital Growth

Paid Ads & Building the brand on Social media

Campaigns built on searches such as “laundry near me”, “dry cleaning” and “laundry pickup and delivery”. Each service and community gets its own ad group, and every ad lands on a page answering the question the ad asked.

Brand Identity

Laundry branding built for vans, bags and uniforms

A laundry’s brand is seen more on the street than on a screen, so we design it for vans, uniforms, bags, price lists and signage first, with clear rules that keep every customer touchpoint consistent.

Websites DEVELOPMENT

Laundry websites that hand customers to WhatsApp

A laundry website has one job: answer price, area and turnaround, then make the next step obvious. Mobile-first, with WhatsApp and call buttons on every screen and a clear price list.

From scratch

From zero to launch in 5–6 weeks.

Brand and website first, then social media and paid ads go live together.

Where the profit actually sits

We start with how your laundry runs: your branches and vans, the communities they cover, your prices and turnaround times. We look at which customers and services earn the most, from weekly regulars to curtains and carpets, and how quickly calls and WhatsApp messages are answered now. That shows where orders are being lost today.

What a new customer is worth to you

We decide which customers to win first, such as big-basket households, weekly regulars, home-care jobs or building contracts, and give each its own message. We set the spend from what a customer brings you over time, not from a round monthly figure. We also check your service area against the communities our current laundry clients serve, and tell you if they overlap.

Brand first, then everything it touches

The brand comes first, designed for the street: logo, vans, bags, uniforms, price lists and signage. Then the website, which answers price, area and turnaround on one screen and hands customers to WhatsApp. Each branch gets its own Google Business Profile, and your team gets a WhatsApp setup with saved replies, so answers go out fast.

Live, and no lead left waiting

Five to six weeks in, depending on approvals, Google Ads and Meta go live together, aimed only at the communities your vans can reach. Leads from Meta forms get a first call from our executive, and the real ones go straight to your staff. Your part is speed: answer every call and message quickly, because the first laundry to reply usually wins the order.

Regulars, not one-off orders

Every lead is followed to an order: we check with you and your store staff which enquiries ordered, and upload those orders back to Google and Meta. The platforms learn to find customers who actually order, and spend shifts with the season. First-time customers get a reason to order again. Each month you get a review with honest numbers.

After the enquiry

We don't stop at the lead.

Getting enquiries is only part of the job. What happens next decides whether they turn into revenue, so we stay involved after the lead arrives.

01

Leads qualified fast

For Meta lead forms, our executive calls each new lead first, qualifies them quickly, then hands them over to your staff.

Checked with your team

We follow up with you and your store staff: were these the right enquiries, and did they turn into orders?

02

Results fed back

Converted leads are uploaded back to Google and Meta, so the campaigns learn to find customers who actually order.

03

Customer care calls

Our executive calls your customers after the service, checks how it went, and gives them a reason to order again.

04

What we track

Quality leads cost more at the start. Once the platforms learn from real orders, the cost per lead comes down.

Our laundry work

From the van to the website.

Three laundry identities we’ve built, their websites, and the Instagram we run for two of them.
Each identity includes a WhatsApp colour system. Every team chat, from customers and operations to delivery, finance, staff, vendors and urgent issues, gets its own coloured logo, so staff find the right conversation at a glance.

Case study

MM Laundry

MM Laundry set out to strengthen its digital presence and build a firmer foundation for online growth across its Dubai branches.
We worked across its brand, website, SEO, Google Ads, Meta advertising and content, and brought them together as one path, so the journey from online discovery to enquiry holds together at every step. Google Ads run on landing pages built for each branch’s service area.
“Their response time has always been impressive… they have played a key role in helping us grow our online presence and generate quality leads.”

- Harish Naik, MM Laundry

FAQ

Questions laundry owners ask us.

Get clear answers to some of the most common questions about working with TNC and starting your next digital project.

Start from what a customer is worth, not from a budget figure. Work out the average order value and how often a good customer returns, decide what you can afford to pay to win one, and multiply by how many new customers you want a month. A laundry serving four communities with one van needs a very different number from a five-branch operation. Anyone who quotes a monthly figure before asking about your service area and your order values is guessing.
Three things, in order. Be visible only in the communities you can actually reach, so the spend converts. Make the pickup promise obvious: collection window, turnaround and clear prices decide the tap far more often than a discount. And make enquiring effortless, which in this market means WhatsApp, not a form.
Contracts are a sale, not a click, but marketing decides whether the conversation starts. A dedicated page for commercial and building laundry, search targeting around facilities and property management terms, and a credible story about capacity and collection schedules are what get a laundry onto the shortlist. The close is still yours.
Three things grow a laundry: winning the communities your vans can reach, replying to enquiries first, and bringing first-time customers back. Marketing supports each one. Local search, reviews and ads aimed at the right communities win the first order. A website that hands visitors to WhatsApp makes enquiring easy. Follow-up turns a first order into a regular one.
They do different jobs. Google Ads and Google Business Profile bring enquiries this week, which matters when a van is sitting idle. SEO and reviews build the position that keeps producing them a year from now, and lower the cost of every paid click along the way. Most laundries need paid search running while the organic position is being built.
Yes, but not the website you are picturing. You need somewhere that answers price, area, turnaround and trust in one screen and then hands the customer to WhatsApp. It also does two things WhatsApp cannot: it lets you run ads that Google will approve and measure, and it lets you appear in search at all.
Brand, website, social media and ads can be live in about five to six weeks, depending on how quickly approvals come back. Google Business Profile work can move within weeks; competitive service and location pages take longer to rank. Anyone promising a fixed ranking timeline has not looked at your website yet.
We check first. Before we start, we compare your service area with the communities our current laundry clients serve. If they overlap, we tell you before any work begins.
