The Next Chapter

For fashion brands and boutiques

Marketing for fashion brands and boutiques in Dubai, built around how shoppers actually buy.

For Vega, a boutique in the UAE, we built the website, made the social media content and ran the Meta ads. For two fashion labels in India, we created the brand identities and one Shopify store.

Why your brand?

Your next customer liked the post and bought somewhere else.

Shoppers can compare boutiques, brands and marketplaces in minutes. The store that answers fit, delivery and returns clearly is the easiest to buy from.

Most fashion brands lose sales in one of six places.

01

Posts and reels get attention, but the link leads to the home page, not the piece in the post. The interest never reaches the checkout.

02

Shoppers can’t touch or try the piece. Without sizes, fabric, fit photos, delivery dates and returns, they message to ask or leave.

03

A first-time visitor needs a reason to trust you. A customer who bought last season just wants to see what’s new.

04

A shopper who adds a piece to the cart has already picked it out. Without a reminder, that sale is left to chance.

05

A new collection gets a week of attention, then silence until the next one. Without a plan for after launch week, sales come in spikes.

06

A customer who has bought once already trusts you. Without a reason to come back, every sale has to come from a new customer.

Where sales are lost

We work on the whole chain. The cheapest growth usually comes after the first click: a product page that answers, a cart that’s won back, a second order.

Who is worth winning

Four shoppers worth winning.

A shopper dressing for Eid and a customer waiting for your next drop are different sales. Each comes through a different post or search, with different questions.

01

The occasion shopper

Eid, a wedding or a party, with a date to meet. They need the right size and a delivery date they can trust.

02

Shopper from Instagram

Saw the piece in a reel or creator. Ready to buy on the phone if the store loads fast and price and sizes are clear.

03

The loyal customer

Already trusts your fit and quality. New drops and restocks bring them back, and you've already paid to find them.

04

The gift buyer

Buying for someone else. They need help with sizes, a delivery date they can count on and an easy exchange.

Who to reach

Fashion was the UAE's biggest online category in 2025.

Apparel and footwear sold AED 11.4 billion online in the UAE in 2025, more than a quarter of an AED 42.2 billion market. As of October 2026, more than 7,000 Shopify stores in the UAE sell apparel, so being seen isn’t enough: your store has to win the order.

What that means for you

Traffic to the pieces you want to sell.

A new collection, your bestsellers or stock to clear: you choose, and the ads lead to those pages.

Shoppers you can deliver to.

Your ads reach the UAE, or the GCC once you ship there, so you don't pay for orders you can't send.

Ready for the season.

Ramadan, Eid, Summer Surprises and Shopping Festival: ads planned around peak shopping periods.

Two labels, one audience? Before we take on a fashion brand, we compare its style, prices and customers with any fashion client we already work with, and say so if they overlap.

What we run for fashion brands and boutiques

Digital marketing for fashion and boutique eCommerce in the UAE

Instagram and content create the demand. Search, the store and the follow-ups turn it into orders.

Paid Campaigns

Meta & Google Ads

Ads built around your collections and bestsellers, leading to the piece in the ad, not the home page. Sales are tracked back to the ads that brought them.

website development

Online store is your office

Fast mobile pages, clear sizes and fit, delivery and returns on every product, and a checkout with the wallets and pay-later options your shoppers use.

Brand Identity

Brand identity and content for labels

A logo that works on the garment, the packaging and the feed, and posts and reels that show fit and fabric. Shoppers see the piece properly before they trust the price.

How a campaign runs

Five steps from first call to first orders.

Campaigns go live once your store, stock and delivery are ready.

What sells, and to whom

We start with your brand: what it stands for, what sells and what each piece earns you. We look at who buys from you now, including on any marketplaces, and how orders reach them: delivery times, returns and where you ship. That shows where shoppers drop off, from the post to the checkout.

Collections, timed to the season

We decide which collections to lead with, and plan the year around your drops, Ramadan and Eid, and Dubai's shopping festivals. New shoppers and past customers get different messages: one needs a reason to trust you, the other just wants what's new. We also compare your style, prices and customers with any fashion client we already work with, and say so if they overlap.

Every ad leads to the piece

Before any ad runs, the store has to answer what a shopper can't touch. Product pages get sizes, fabric, fit photos, delivery dates and returns, and the checkout takes the wallets your shoppers use. Ads and posts are made around your pieces and link straight to them, and tracking ties every order to the ad behind it.

Tuned to what actually sells

Campaigns go live for the collection or the season, with every sale traced to the ad that brought it. In the first weeks we watch which pieces sell and which only get looked at, and move the ads towards what's selling. Your part is fulfilment: keep the sizes in stock, dispatch on time and answer messages fast, because a slow reply loses the sale.

From first order to second

Every week we check what sold and what didn't, and Meta and Google learn from your real orders, not just clicks. We set up the reminders and follow-ups that bring shoppers back: for a cart left behind, after delivery and with every new drop. Each month we go through sales, costs and repeat orders together, and plan the next collection.

After the enquiry

We don't stop at the click.

A first order is the start of a customer, not the end of a campaign. We work on what brings them back.

01

Carts won back

Shoppers who leave a full cart get a reminder with the piece they chose, plus a direct link to complete their purchase.

Reviews after delivery

Customers are asked for a review once the order arrives, so the next shopper sees fit and quality from real buyers.

02

A reason to come back

Past customers hear about new drops and restocks first, so not every sale needs a new customer.

03

Sales fed back to Meta & Google

Orders go back to the ad platforms, so they find more shoppers like your buyers, not just more clicks.

04

What we track

We judge campaigns by orders and repeat customers, not by likes.

FAQ

Questions fashion brands and boutiques ask us.

Get clear answers to some of the most common questions.

They can, especially for new collections and pieces people want to see worn first. The ad has to lead to the piece, and the product page has to answer fit, delivery and returns. Otherwise you pay for likes.
Often both. A marketplace brings its own shoppers, but it takes a cut of each sale and the customer stays theirs. Your own store keeps the customer, the margin and the data. We’ll say which to lead with for your brand.
For most boutiques, yes. It handles products, sizes, collections and payments, and it grows with you. We build on Shopify and WordPress, and we’ll say which suits your range.
We check first. Before we start, we compare your style, prices and customers with any fashion client we already work with. If they overlap, we tell you before any work begins.
Make every product page answer size, fabric, delivery and returns, lead your ads to the pieces, win back abandoned carts, and give past customers a reason to return.
Yes, for shoppers searching for a product right now, such as “abaya online UAE” or “linen shirts Dubai”, with your products and prices showing. Judge it on sales, not on clicks.
Yes, over months rather than weeks. Collection and product pages written for what shoppers search, and genuine reviews, make you visible and lower your average cost per order.
Yes. We’ve built identities for two fashion labels, from the logo to the woven label and hang tag, and a Shopify store for one of them. Brand, store and ads work best when they’re planned together.
